The design accentuates long, linear forms, complemented by stamped timber concrete ceilings, slab edges, and crazy pave walls. A warm, neutral palette and mechanical horizontal blinds enhance aesthetics and functionality, providing a cohesive architectural expression.
A central rumpus room anchors the floor plan on the upper level, while bedrooms are intentionally positioned at opposite ends. This configuration allows for future flexibility, accommodating evolving family needs and ensuring private retreats for each resident.
Designed across two storeys, the home includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a spacious ensuite, two powder rooms, a rumpus room, and a large open-plan living and dining space. Additional features such as a gym/games room, bar/office nook, and a three-car garage cater to diverse lifestyle needs, ensuring every space serves a purposeful function.
The outdoor entertainment area with a pool and landscaped surroundings extends the living experience beyond the interiors. Bulimba Residences is a thoughtfully designed retreat, balancing sophistication, comfort, and architectural integrity to deliver an exceptional residential experience.
