The Newstead building’s design language draws from the area’s revitalised industrial architecture, incorporating steel and stud framework to express its core structural character.
A central atrium allows natural light and airflow to permeate the internal spaces, fostering a bright and well-ventilated work environment. Operable windows further enhance cross-ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient workplace.
The development includes a communal rooftop terrace and premium end-of-trip facilities, reinforcing a focus on employee well-being and urban connectivity. These shared spaces encourage interaction, relaxation, and a sense of community, making E_Co a progressive and engaging workplace destination.
