The development’s form and materiality respond to Brisbane’s subtropical climate, ensuring natural ventilation, shade, and energy efficiency. The careful selection of materials allows Moreton Homes to blend into the local vernacular, reinforcing its sense of place while prioritising comfort and sustainability.

Moreton Homes was awarded Best 2019 Medium Density Project in Queensland by the QLD Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), recognising its outstanding contribution to urban design, community integration, and liveability.
